stMAGE's primary function will be to be dynamically determine the reward basis of unique contracts known as Plugins. To access plugins, stMAGE must be deposited into a central contract, which then allocates the deposited amount to a plugin in exchange for what is known as 'True Yields' in the Merlin Ecosystem.

This architecture choice enables us to have significantly greater composability and incorporate community or partner plugins while leveraging the allocated stMAGE for additional functionality.

Several of these plugins will be natively incorporated into our contracts from day one:

• The first plugin on the list is called Dividends. By allocating stMAGE to it, users will receive a daily portion of the platform’s revenue as actual yield.

• The second native plugin, Yield Booster, will utilize our NFM's (Non-Fungible-Magic) with yield.

This provides a unique reward dynamic from several faucets to participants in the Merlin Ecosystem by allowing users to directly allocate their stMAGE to a staked position in order to drastically boost yields.
